When I’m not working for clients you’re likely to find me outside enjoying this great state we call home. I love all things Colorado; from backpacking, fly fishing, camping, hiking and golfing in the warm months, to skiing and snowboarding in the winter. My other passions include spending time with my family, volunteering in the community, reading and watching sports, especially my Duke Blue Devils!

 

I began my real estate investing journey in 2018 by househacking and renting my basement to traveling Duke physical therapy students. Since then I’ve gone on to utilize a number of creative strategies to build a cash-flowing high appreciatiating rental portfolio here in Colorado.

Seeing first hand how real estate changed my family’s life is what sparked me to change careers and go full time into real estate. My passion is to be a trusted advisor to help guide others to achieving their goals in real estate!

In my time here in Denver, first as a home health physical therapist, and now as a real estate advisor I have visited countless neighborhoods and homes all over the metros area. Because of that, I am aware of the unique character, accessibility, and styles of the houses that the area has to offer.
